DeleteEmma @The Vegan Swedes
I visited my brother and his (now) ex-wife in Sweden about 20 years ago and they came up with a veggie (not vegan) tunnbrodsrolle for me then. It became one of my favourite foods! Since then I've become vegan and I now make it for my son and me using: wraps; mashed potatoes cooked with about 6 garlic cloves then mashed with some oat milk, dried dill and nutritional yeast (Engevita); Taifun tofu frankfurters; fried onions; black kale (cavolo nero) pan-fried with smoked paprika; ketchup and mustard. Is delicious!!!
